DR. BARBARA REINHOLD is an internationally-known career and executive coach. Formerly director of both the Career Development Office and Executive Education programs at Smith College in Northampton, MA, Reinhold knows well the cultures of various fields, industries and organizations—and what it takes to be successful in each. As a neuroscience-aware psychologist, she is also skilled in helping people figure out what kinds of work best fit who they are now: their talents, values, style and dreams, and then helping them manage themselves more effectively to achieve those goals.
